This transparent, breathable sealer is formulated for both indoor and outdoor surfaces. It prevents water and oil stains, ensuring long-lasting protection. It also serves as a base coat for waxing rustic or textured finishes, enhancing durability and appearance.

For maintenance use a diluted solution of CLEANER PRO.

Caution:
Never apply FOB Xtreme to surfaces that are already waxed, and avoid using it during the hottest parts of the day in summer. Always conduct a patch test on a small area to check for any colour changes. Additionally, refrain from applying the product outdoors if rain is forecast, as it may not be effective under such conditions. Please note that FOB Xtreme does not offer protection against acidic damage.
